CORRIE BROWN, PT, DPT, OCS, MBA, CNPT, BS
Corrie Brown is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and has been practicing since 2009. Her love for physical therapy started at age 14, when she started volunteering in clinics throughout high school. She graduated from Texas Tech University in 2005, with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Sports Science. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University (SBU) in 2009 and also completed her Masters of Business Administration at SBU in 2011.
Corrie is an Orthopaedic Certified Specialist in physical therapy, board certified through ABPTS. She is a Certified Nutritional Physical Therapist, Women's Health Physical Therapist and certified in Functional Dry Needling.
J.W. BROWN, PTA, CSCS, CSN, BA
J.W. graduated from the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Murray State College in 2017. He is our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and enjoys working with athletes. He is a Certified Sports Nutritionist and has a Bachelors in Psychology from East Central University in 2014. He enjoys steer roping, jiu jitsu, and learning about fitness and nutrition.
LIZBETH VAZQUEZ, PTA
Lizbeth Vazquez also graduated from the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Murray State College in 2017. She has been married to her husband, Crysthian, since 2017 and they have three sweet babies together. Lizbeth joined our team in 2018 and has been a blessing to so many! While she is skilled in many areas, she especially enjoys working with our prenatal and postpartum patients. She received her certification in Women’s Health in 2023.
MASON HARRELL, PT, DPT
Mason Harrell is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and has been practicing since 2024. Mason began working as a physical therapy tech in 2019, while working towards his Bachelors of Science in Biological Health Sciences at Southeastern Oklahoma State University . He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Baylor University in 2023. He has been married to his wife, Maeleesa, since 2021.
MAELEESA HARRELL, PTA
Maeleesa Harrell graduated graduated from the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Murray State College in 2025 and joined our team right away! She is excited to grow in her career and loves working with patients. Her and her husband, Mason, are expecting their first child this year!
TAYLOR THELEN
Taylor joined our team in 2023 and we are so blessed to have her. She has been doing gymnastics and tumbling since the age of 7 and has coached kids since age 12. She teaches our kids’ fitness classes and we know your kiddos will absolutely love her!
